RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES J MY BOUTIQUE
Our company reserves the right to check each garment received and sent to each customer in perfect condition. It must be taken into account that both changes and returns correspond to different situations that will be analyzed by the company J MY BOUTIQUE, always trying to give the best solution to our customers, as long as they comply with our security policies, purchases, shipments, returns or changes. Before making a return read carefully the policies to check that it meets the conditions of the company.
RETURN OF A PRODUCT
Products for which a return must be made must meet the following conditions:
- That the product is in bad condition or with FACTORY IMPERFECTIONS (does not apply for intentional treatments on fabrics, such as tears, wear, processes, etc.)
- That the product(s) purchased does not correspond to the product(s) purchased in the online store.
- If the purchased product is not of the buyer’s taste once received, THIS JUSTIFICATION goes to J MY BOUTIQUE review. This review does not guarantee the return of the garment and maybe lacking a valid reason.
CHANGE OF A PRODUCT
To change a product, it will be done under the following conditions:
- That the product is in bad condition or with FACTORY IMPERFECTIONS (does not apply for intentional treatments on fabrics, such as tears, wear, processes, etc.)
- That the product(s) purchased does not correspond to the product(s) purchased in the online store or in the same way do not correspond to the sizes requested.
- If the purchased product IS NOT TO THE BUYER’S TASTE or THE SIZE does not correspond to his figure (being the buyer aware of that ) THIS JUSTIFICATION, goes to J MY BOUTIQUE’s revision. This review does not guarantee the return of the garment and maybe lacking a valid reason.
- They will only accept changes within 7 days from the date received the garment.
REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE OF A PRODUCT
- The product must be in the same condition as received, for that there must be evidence through a photograph just received the garment with their respective labels and packaging.
- You must write an e-mail to salesweb@jmyboutique.com and confirm it by phone at (707) 703 8353. The email should have as subject: Request for return of garment or Request for exchange of garment, it should express the reasons for the return or exchange of the garment and the requested files:• Photograph of the garment with the detail of the imperfection.
- Photograph of the garment if it does not correspond to the purchased one in terms of size or design. You must have at hand the purchase support and the photo of the garment you received to make the corresponding comparison.
- Photo of the purchase invoice enclosed with the product shipment.
- The sending of the garment is made once the mail sent by the client (Buyer) has been answered, where the return of the garment is accepted and authorized by J MY BOUTIQUE. The customer will be given a return tracking code that he must have to know how the process is going.
- The return or exchange must be made with the same shipping company by which the package was received.
Note: The process of returning the money or the garment will take 8 working days after receiving the product and after the case is analyzed by the quality control department of our company
NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE MADE:
- When the garment has been worn or has a strong odor
- When they do not contain their respective original labels.
- When it is proven that the garment was damaged or mistreated by the buyer, or that the garment was misused or was washed improperly.
- No changes are made for garments in SPECIAL.
- Due to sanitary regulations, NO CHANGES are made for girdles, bodies, underwear, boxers, reducers, swimwear.
